Buccaneer's Negroni

A twist on the classic negroni. We keep sweet-bitter liqueurs on the spot with vanilla, citrus and herbal notes, sweet vermouth, and we switch gin with the Havana Club 7 anos. Grated tonka bean on the top and a zest of lime and here is a complex rum negroni.
